A veteran-led paddleboarding
initiative supporting mental
wellbeing through connection,
nature, and community.
Finding steadiness, together.
SUPTheStorm is a veteran-led paddleboarding initiative created to support mental wellbeing through time
on the water, shared experience, and meaningful connection.
We bring people together in nature —
not to fix or diagnose, but to create space to breathe, reset, and move forward alongside others who understand the journey.
Calm, inclusive paddleboarding sessions
focused on connection, confidence,
and time on the water.
Veteran-led environments where
shared experience builds trust,
mutual understanding, and
a sense of belonging.
Sessions centred around water
and outdoor environments to
slow things down, reset focus,
and support wellbeing.
We deliver simple, structured activities that prioritise connection, safety, and time outdoors.
Because silence is often the hardest part.
After leaving structured service, many people experience a loss of purpose, connection, and direction.
What often goes unseen is how isolating that silence can become.
SUPTheStorm exists to create spaces where people can reconnect —
with themselves, with others, and with the natural world — without pressure, judgement, or expectation.
This is not about fixing people.
It’s about creating the conditions where recovery can begin.
Take part in a guided paddle session
focused on connection, confidence,
and time on the water.
